In your kit you will recieve (1) water sample collection bottles, (1) sample collection intruction sheet, (1) residental collection form, (1) return shipping label, and (1) 12oz bag of your Superior Coffee selection. Please return your water sample bottle in the same packages that it arrived in and use the provided shipping label.
