If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return it and we will exchange it with a fresh roast of your choice. Plain and simple!
The majority of our orders ship via USPS, which in our experience has provided the most reliable and time efficient service. 99% of our order will go out same day if received before 12 noon Eastern Time M-F. Otherwise it will be next day, or Monday should it be placed on a weekend. Typically order arrive in 2-3 days.
